Problem: Restoring a System Restore Point (Vista) |

| Click on Start. At the bottom type in Rest and when System Restore appears at the top click on it. |  |
| Mark the "Choose a different restore point" radio button. Click Next. |

| Make sure there is a check mark in "Show restore
points older that 5 days." Choose A restore point prior to your problem
starting. (Your list will, of course, not look like mine.) Click Next. |

| Click Finish. |  |
